Tarifas de envío
Los envíos a destinos fuera de Europa tienen un coste fijo de 75 € por pedido. Para los destinos europeos se mantiene la tarifa de envío de 50 € por pedido. Los envíos nacionales conservan sus tarifas específicas. El importe correspondiente a tu destino se muestra al finalizar la compra.
Todos los cuadros se envían sin bastidor
En todos los destinos, tanto en Europa como fuera de Europa, las obras sobre lienzo se envían únicamente en lienzo, sin el bastidor de madera y sin marco. Por tanto, la obra no se entrega montada ni lista para colgar.
Una vez recibida, puedes llevar el lienzo a un profesional para montarlo sobre bastidor o enmarcarlo. El bastidor, el marco y el servicio de montaje no están incluidos en el precio de la obra ni en los gastos de envío.
Entrega
El plazo de entrega depende del destino y del transporte. Si necesitas recibir la obra para una fecha concreta o tienes dudas sobre tu destino, contacta con WAW antes de realizar el pedido.
Devoluciones
Los gastos de envío de la devolución corren a cargo del cliente, sin perjuicio de los derechos legales aplicables. Antes de devolver una obra, contacta con nosotros para recibir las instrucciones y la dirección de devolución. Protege adecuadamente el lienzo para su transporte.
Si la obra llega dañada o recibes un artículo incorrecto, comunícanos la incidencia para que podamos revisarla y ayudarte.
Shipping and returns policy
Shipping rates
Shipping to destinations outside Europe costs a flat rate of €75 per order. For European destinations, the shipping rate remains €50 per order. Domestic shipments retain their separate rates. The shipping charge for your destination is displayed at checkout.
All paintings are shipped without stretcher bars
For every destination, both within and outside Europe, artworks on canvas are shipped as canvas only, without wooden stretcher bars and without a frame. The artwork is therefore delivered unstretched and is not ready to hang.
After delivery, you can take the canvas to a professional to have it stretched or framed. Stretcher bars, framing and mounting services are not included in the artwork price or the shipping charge.
Delivery
Delivery times depend on the destination and transport service. If you need your artwork by a specific date or have a question about your destination, please contact WAW before placing your order.
Returns
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, without prejudice to applicable statutory rights. Before returning an artwork, please contact us for instructions and the return address. Package the canvas carefully to protect it during transport.
If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please let us know so we can review the issue and help you.
